ASSISTANT RECRUITMENT MANAGER

Main Responsibilities :

    * Ensure the recruitment process is on schedule and in line with man power plan and budget

    * Job Analysis, Vacant post advertising, screen CVs/ Resumes

    * Deliver Psychometric and other written tests

    * Conduct competency based interview

    * Schedule interview, written and medical test time

    * Ensure validity of contract and data in filing system is up to date

    * Deliver induction programme

Requirement :

    * Certified (SIP) Psychologist

    * Eligible to deliver and interpret psychometric test and personality inventories

    * Min 3 years of relevant working experience

    * Sound knowledge in Recruitment System and Technology

    * Able to work independently with minimum supervision

    * Computer literate

    * Good communication skill

    * Good command in English
