The incumbent will lead Human Resources Division and managing all human resources functions at senior level of management - recruiting & selecting, personnel administration, compensation & benefit, training & development, performance management, organization culture & behavior, law compliance, industrial relation, and health & safety.

The incumbent will accompany, support, and advice Senior Management on the human side of organization effectiveness.  The incumbent will be expected to contribute from strategic level of the business and will be held accountable for the ROI of human capital.

Qualification:

- S1 degree / S2 graduates are welcome to apply

- Mimimum 8 years of experience in Managerial level

- Skillfull in all aspects of HR, including CBHRM, Balance Score Card

- A strategic thinker and top management material

- Flexible in thinking and behavior

- Strong and tough

- Loves challenges

Salary range:

Rp17,500,000,- to Rp25,000,000,- (depends on qualification)

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Strong leadership qualities, a self starter with excellent interpersonal and analytical skill

  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, including conducting Business Presentation

  • Willing to work long hours and in a high pressure working environment. Able to work independently.

  • Male/female, max. age 40 years old.

  • Fluent in written English, with sound capability in communicating in English.

  • S1 graduate from Accounting, preferably with additional completed Tax Brevet courses such as Brevet A, B and C.

  • Total work experiences approx. 10-15 years, with combined work experiences at Tax Consulting Firm and at commercial companies.

  • Strong knowledge in taxation, both theory and tax practices.

  • Familiar in communication with Tax Officers.

  • Strong leadership qualities, a self starter with excellent interpersonal and analytical skill

  • Strong interpersonal skills, matured, high integrity and results oriented.

  • Willing to work long hours and in a high pressure working environment. Able to work independently.
