RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To implement, maintain and enhance the financial accounting and management accounting system.
  
• To review accounting systems and procedure in accordance with Indonesian Tax System.
  
• To provide management information for the purpose of planning and controlling the achievement of business objectives.
  
• To provide advice on financial issues, and product and service profitably analysis.
  
• To assists General Manager/Chief Executive in preparing business plans and for improvements to the performance of the business.
  
• To establish cost control, productivity and revenue assurance programmes.
  
• To establish internal approval process, including Procurement and Capital Expenditure applications in accordance with the Parent Company’s policies and procedures.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• To succeed in this position, you must be a business minded finance professional with a recognised degree or professional qualification in accounting.
  
• You should have about 7 years of broad based finance and accounting experience in manufacturing company within a computerized environment, with the later years in a managerial capacity.
  
• You must be a self-starter with an inquiring mind and be able to work independently and in a team.
  
• You are also expected to posses good interpersonal, people management and leadership.
  
• Effectively bilingual in English and Bahasa, Mandarin is preferable.
  
  

Attractive remuneration package will be offered to successful candidate, starting salary will depend on experience and capabilities.
