• Bachelor degree (S1) in psychology, management or Law
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Human Resources
• Good knowledge in labor regulation
• Good command of spoken and written English, computer literate
• Excellent leadership, High dedication, creative, good interpersonal & communication skill, trustworthy
• Familiar with Ms. Office application and payroll system.
